#42: FREAKSHOWWWWWW
Okay, the title has nothing whatsoever related to what I am about to post, but due to my rustiness at blogging I have to resort to typing in anything that appears before my eyes.

As usual with my occasional blog posts, this one is pretty much obligatory, as without the regular blog updates from other blogs, I have resorted to updating my own to keep myself amused (yes, the way I function astounds me as well).

Actually many amusing things have been going on in my life - as with my class it is usually wise to expected the unexpected. And because I feel obliged to document this momentous occasion, I shall share it with the world...
Twas a Monday afternoon before Chem Focus and we were late for Mr Paul Cheong's class. Just as we arrived at the classroom, Sir commanded us to change back into uniform before attending class (another one of the school's idiosyncrasies) and while we were taking our uniforms out of our bags, Sir emerged from the classroom, provoking our knee-jerk reaction, which was to SCREAM AND RUN DOWN THE STAIRS. It's amazing, how our innate interest is of self-preservation.

Mr Paul Cheong, for the uninformed, is incidentally the one behind the quotes
"Your stupidity DEFIES IMAGINATION" and "NO2- is nitr-I-T-E, where some of you should be".

J2 Farewell was quite a long time ago, but I just have to write this down so I don't forget that it actually happened. It was quite great, I think we've finally sorted out what really mattered to us as a team, and personally I think I've forgiven AC, though that does not necessarily equate to any form of friendliness to them whatsoever. Still working on it.

And today was SingOpen. Spent the entire day trying to keep myself relatively clean, which proved an immense challenge for the mud was unforgiving. Managed to keep myself and my bag rather pristine until just before we left, someone spilled an entire cup of beer on my bag. Needless to say I was not quite pleased, but that fact that I received a free disc for helping out at the booth all day negated it. 3 discs for $35, not bad indeed.

Henceforth I will attempt to abstain from the evils of the computer until Promos are over.

#41: Disconnect
Leeqi left today. Not as in died, but she flew away on a plane to Canada this morning. She's missed already. But hello leeqi if you're reading this the first people you call when you come back has GOT to be us :)

Went out with the frisbee guys after that. As usual, outings with them are always fun. Ate at burger king, which prices have soar to unprecedented heights at, and proceeded to go to Paradiz centre to play pool. I think my psychomotor reactions aren't quite good, I simply cannot hit balls with sticks. My post doesn't quite do the day justice, because it was very fun despite how i ended up mugging at a lan shop for a while.

This is my lackadaisical attempt at a blog post. Some random quiz which I got from HP who got it from Edmund:

Your view on yourself:
You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You are a true romantic. When you are in love, you will do anything and everything to keep your love true.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

The seriousness of your love:
Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates. --> HAHAH BULLSHIT.

Your views on education
You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job. --> DON'T WANT LEH I WANT TO MARRY A RICH MAN. (just kidding.)

The right job for you:
You have plenty of dream jobs but have little chance of doing any of them if you don't focus on something in particular. You need to choose something and go for it to be happy and achieve success. --> This is some subliminal message for me to PLEASE STUDY NOW.

How do you view success:
You are confident that you will be successful in your chosen career and nothing will stop you from trying.

What are you most afraid of:
You are afraid of having no one to rely on in times of trouble. You don't ever want to be unable to take care of yourself. Independence is important to you. --> totally.

Who is your true self:
You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

DID YOU SEE THAT? I AM MATURE, REASONABLE, HONEST AND I GIVE GOOD ADVICE.

I LOVE THIS QUIZ

#40: PW RETURNSSSSSS
JUST when I thought I'd get a break, and well-deserved too, from PW, it is back with a vengeance. Armed with the bloodied Draft 1, I write the second draft with aplomb, disgruntled.

I know, it's getting really boring. Each rare occasion when I come back to blog I talk about uninteresting things that is totally not worth your time reading. But alas! The slow death of my blog seems to send a subliminal message that the death of my social life is imminent, and I must say, I have to concur. I could be playing at pickup but NO I spend my entire blasted day typing away at my laptop deciphering the infinite scribbles on the 41-page report.

Am now taking a break from the dreadful work by watching the table tennis finals, which is equally dreadful, actually. What a waste of time. I daresay I rather watch the National Day Rally than watch an unexciting match of China vs China. My mother doesn't quite seem to be excited at the prospect of gold, though. She thinks we pay less to them if we lose. Can't say it isn't true.

Commentator: Singapore is in the lead. Don't know how many times I can say that.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha stupid fat woman.

#39: AWWWWWW
To cover up for my lack of blogging material, I have taken to posting pictures in a bid to fool people into believing that I actually have a life.

My baby cousin! :)

#38: IT IS AUGUST!
Ohhhh my goodness i haven't blogged in so long I can see virtual cobwebs forming across my blog and I'm making some effort to clear them right now I deserve a standing ovation. (Don't worry Zhangkai, you have no credit in this)

Anyway, the only reason I'm posting right now is because I HAVE NO SCHOOL TODAY (this is to spite all you people who diss RJ HA! I bet you're wishing you're in RJ now) and I'm typing this on my laptop while lying in bed. Indeed, this is the life.

Nat Day Celebrations were quite awesome yesterday, though I dedicated 2 hours of my time (mainly to get the free shirt, which is simply fieeeerce) to scooping Mee Goreng for people some of whom didn't fancy Mee Goreng much. Hannah too, also motivated by the shirt, was serving people chicken drumlets and sambal fishballs. Didn't participate much in the activities around school because there were too many and I couldn't be bothered to decide which one to go for, and the frisbee people were playing frisbee soccer and that's always good to watch.

The concert was pretty stellar, with modern dance, street dance, gym et cetera performing for us. Though it was quite disruptive given I was sitting next to Yx and Zk, I can't quite blame them, after all, I chose to sit there, but I assure you you do not want to. I never knew lightsticks could be used in such a... lewd manner.

All in all it was a good day, despite the rain, which wasted the $8k stage outdoors. Now to enjoy my longgggg weekend by doing Math (:
